Persimmon Chutney

Persimmons, apple, sugar, onion, raisins, red pepper, vinegar, ginger, jalapeno, lemon, spices - OH MY! Use this on everything - seriously - from toast to roast - what an amazing mouthful of flavor! Our jams use 1/2 the sugar of regular jam recipes and we use no pectin so we are truly concentrating the flavors into a jar. The Brits would call this a "conserve", similar to our "preserves".
