Ingredients: 

Unbleached, enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter (cream, salt), rice flour, sugar, brown sugar, natural lemon oil, lemon zest, demerara sugar, and natural flavor. 

Each bag contains about 24-26 cookies.
