Returns and Exchanges

Poppy & Hawk accepts exchanges for equal or greater than within 7 days of receiving purchase. 

Please email hello@poppyandhawk.com to have your exchange approved.

Return shipment must be postmarked within 7 days of approval and include tracking service. Your item(s) must be returned to Poppy & Hawk in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please pack items properly and insure for the original retail value. Items damaged during return shipping are not refundable. Lost packages are not the responsibility of Poppy & Hawk. Shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, unless item is determined to be defective or damaged. 

Once your return is received and inspected, Poppy & Hawk will send an email confirmation of your exchange. 

If any items from your order arrive damaged, please contact Poppy & Hawk immediately with detailed photos and a damage report. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.

JEWELRY AND TEXTILES CANNOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.

ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED PRIOR TO SHIPPING.
