We hope you love your new Poppy & Hawk finds! Every item in our shop is carefully chosen for its quality, craftsmanship, and beauty — and we want you to feel just as good wearing it as we did curating it.

Clothing

Clothing purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Once received and inspected, a digital store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping).

Home Goods, Accessories, and Apothecary

All sales on home décor, jewelry, accessories, candles, skincare, and apothecary items are final.

Sale Items

All discounted or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Online Orders

If you need to return an item purchased online, please email us at hello@poppyandhawk.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
